Christina performs her debut solo recital in Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall with pianist Max Levinson. They perform pieces composed around the stories of Greek Mythology. The recital features the world premiere of "The Tempest Sonata" by Grammy nominated composer Joseph Summer, which was written as a companion piece to Szymanowski's "Myths". Bouey's own violin arrangement of Offenbach's "Orpheus In The Underworld '' will make its New York premiere. This concert is a celebration of Bouey and Levinson's album, which will be released this season.
