Concert at UNAM with Ulysses Quartet at Sala Nezahualcoyotl

The Ulysses Quartet presents a panorama of music for string quartet. The concert opens with a remarkable example of a classic string quartet, Franz Joseph Haydn's Op. 20 No. 3 quartet. Subsequently, the intense Rəqs dance by the Azerbaijani composer Franghiz Ali-Zadeh is put into dialogue with two lively arrangements of traditional music from the Danish String Quartet. The presentation will end with the last work in this genre composed by Schubert: his quartet No. 15.
